From the city to the west, the train was flowing in the exurbia and the scenery was flying backward along the train. A vague memory superimposed on those transient sceneries: elegant colonial buildings immersed in a breath of the industrial heritage, the incessant freighters and ferries unloaded at the port, with two bottlenose dolphins foraging for prey. All these impressions composed a distinctive Genius Loci. But somehow the glory of the Port had faded with the passage of time. How can we reinvigorate the Port which has been dull and silent since the decline of maritime activities, and re-energize its long-lasting vitality?

The project attempts to play with the perception of time and different sensibilities of time by operating a beverage factory, which integrates with the existing structure of the train station and its distinctive genius loci at Port Adelaide.
